What kind of chocolate is healthy?

Chocolate is a lot of benefits for the body, but not all chocolate snacks can be healthy.

"A lot of the chocolate snack on the market, contain extras such as sugar, milk, even fat," says nutritionist Division of the Department of Nutritional Sciences Faculty of medicine-RSCM, Dr.Luciana B Sutanto, MS, SpGK, as quoted Antaranews.com.

Luciana explains, chocolate-based snacks that are sold in the market, contain sugar and fat is quite high compared to the chocolate.

Therefore, Luciana appealed to people can be smarter in measuring the intake of sugar by the body's need for calories, sugar or calories as excessive and we spend will turn into fat in the body.

"Fat is buried that will lead to obesity and diabetes," says Luciana.

Furthermore Luciana explained, chocolate is good for health is pure chocolate. "A taste of real chocolate is bitter, and the market is usually in powder form," Luciana lid.
