Puppet Museum, the House of Culture for 6000 More "Dolls"

Puppet museum which stands in the old city was inaugurated by the former Governor of Jakarta H. Ali Sadikin on August 17, 1975. Thanks to a grant from the figure, the complex is then expanded again in 2003 ago. History of the building is quite long. Age centuries wafted from several parts of the building. Built in 1912, originally puppet museum is a church. This old church was built in 1640. Had undergone reconstruction several times (including because of a major earthquake), the puppet museum ended up being owned by the Indonesian government in 1968. The easiest way to get to the Museum Wayang course is with train. only need to board a train destination Jakarta Kota Station.
